Its always a good idea to engage in conversation with the current owners. Try and find out how, why, when, where - what their plans are, they may not have found a house yet, or maybe they want to wait until the summer holidays to move, if you are in a hurry to move this will have an affect on whether you make an offer or not.
Bradford is a city in West Yorkshire, England. It lies within the City of Bradford metropolitan borough, in the foothills of the Pennines, 8.6 miles west of Leeds and 13 miles northwest of Wakefield.
Bradford became a municipal borough in 1847, and received its charter as a city in 1897. In 1974, city status was bestowed upon the wider metropolitan borough.
Since the mid-20th century when the textile sector in Bradford fell into a terminal decline this time, Bradford has faced a lot of serious challenges similar to the rest of the post-industrial area of Northern England, including deindustrialisation, economic deprivation and housing problems. Since the 1950s Bradford has experienced significant levels of immigration, particularly from Pakistan, and consequently has the fourth highest proportion of Muslims in England and Wales. Since the decline in heavy industry, Bradford has emerged as a tourist destination with attractions such as the National Media Museum, Cartwright Hall, and Saltaire, a World Heritage Site.
